Operations Manager

About the Role

With over 115 years of experience and 34 offices in the Southeast, we are looking for an Operations Manager to lead effective branch operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and building client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in service offerings.
• Create and execute action plans to achieve financial targets, including gross margin, overhead, and working capital as a percentage of revenue.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operations departments while monitoring performance and analyzing variances.
• Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements to maximize profitability.
• Ensure high-quality operational standards by following best practices, optimizing workflows, and leveraging technology.
• Manage key performance indicators to maintain consistency across locations and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct daily service ticket reviews, maintain hold board statuses, attend operational meetings, and follow dispatch best practices.
• Promote a culture of safety through coaching, motivation, and setting clear expectations aligned with compliance and best practices.
• Ensure staff members complete safety training and comply with policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate technicians for safety compliance and document findings in company systems.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of service operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or completion of a Technical Training Program.
