The Operations Manager is the branch leader responsible for logistics, operational proficiency, and safety. You will manage the branch’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, employee engagement, and profitability.
Responsibilities

- Hire, Train, Mentor, Develop Field Teams: Ensure high performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor Branch Operations: Maintain accurate reporting of profits and losses.
- Implement and Oversee Safety Protocols: Enforce SavATree’s policies and foster an employee-led safety culture.
- Process Improvements: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of management experience.
- Desire to grow, loves problem-solving, process improvement, and taking initiative.
- Enthusiastic leader with the ability to mentor and develop others.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the responsibility and independence to work autonomously.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator license within one year of hire.
- Physical Demands: Frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.

Pay
This role is paying $90,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience.
