We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about Shamrock Trading Corporation RTS etc. Might be considered "About the company"? Not required sections. We can maybe include as a

before sections? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. Thus we need to decide which sections have real content. From posting: - About The Role: there is a paragraph describing role. So we can have

    About the Role

    with

content. - What You’ll Do: list of duties. That's responsibilities. So

    Responsibilities

    with
    • items. - What You’ll Bring: qualifications/experience/skills. Could be split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we need to decide based on content. The posting says: "What You’ll Bring 3+ years of commercial insurance experience supporting transportation, trucking, or fleet insurance operations, along with operations management experience within an insurance agency, brokerage, MGA, or carrier environment. Strong knowledge of policy administration, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, loss runs, audits, and carrier management Demonstrated ability to develop operational processes, improve efficiencies, and lead organizational change Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-directed with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required or ability to obtain upon hire" We could put that under

      Qualifications

as a list. Or separate Requirements and Skills. But we should avoid many thin sections. Perhaps combine into one Qualifications section with
      • . The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the Role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. Benefits section is present: "Benefits At Shamrock, we hire bright, ambitious people and give them the tools they need for a successful, long-term career here. Shamrock also offers a premier set of benefits for employees and their families: Training and Development: Ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesMedical: Fully paid healthcare, dental and vision premiums for employees and eligible dependents, and gym benefitsSalary: Individual compensation packages may reflect applicable experience, job-related skill, training and/or educationFinancial: Generous company 401(k) contributions and employee stock ownership after one yearWork-Life Balance: Competitive PTO and fully paid time off opportunities to volunteer within your community" Thus Benefits section has content. Pay: there is mention "Salary: Individual compensation packages may reflect applicable experience, job-related skill, training and/or education". That's somewhat vague but it's a statement about salary. It's not a specific number but it's still content. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state something about salary, albeit generic. Should we include Pay? It says "Individual compensation packages may reflect applicable experience, job-related skill, training and/or education". That's not a specific number but it's still stating something about pay. I'd include a Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: No mention of schedule (hours, remote, etc). So we should not include Schedule. Thus sections: About the Role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". The Pay sentence is not filler exactly but it's generic. However it's still substantive? Might be considered filler but it's actual statement. I'd include. Now we need to format. We need to remove boilerplate: The intro about Shamrock Trading Corporation RTS etc. That's not part of any section headings but could be placed as a

        before sections?

Thus we should keep the introductory paragraph about Shamrock Trading Corporation RTS as prose (

) before sections. Also the "Why You’ll Love Working Here" section could be considered part of Benefits or culture but not a defined heading. Could be placed as prose before Benefits? But we have Benefits section already. The "Why You’ll Love Working Here" includes award-winning culture, recognition, empowerment, etc. That's not benefits per se but could be included as a separate section like "About the Company" but not in allowed headings. Since we only allowed those headings, we could incorporate that content into Benefits or maybe as a preceding

. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could add a

after the intro about Shamrock and before About the Role that includes "Why You’ll Love Working Here" content. That preserves info. Also the "Apply Today!" and contact info is application instructions, which we should remove. Thus final HTML:

          About the Role

          Responsibilities

          • Lead the daily operations of the division, ensuring efficient execution of client service, policy administration, and renewal activities
          • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes that support growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
          • Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve agency performance, productivity, and scalability

          • Monitor market conditions, carrier appetite, underwriting trends, and transportation insurance developments
          • Ensure compliance with agency procedures, regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and carrier guidelines

          Qualifications

          • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
          • Self-directed with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
          • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required or ability to obtain upon hire

          Benefits

          • Training and Development: Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
          • Medical: Fully paid healthcare, dental and vision premiums for employees and eligible dependents, and gym benefits
          • Salary: Individual compensation packages may reflect applicable experience, job-related skill, training and/or education
          • Financial: Generous company 401(k) contributions and employee stock ownership after one year
          • Work-Life Balance: Competitive PTO and fully paid time off opportunities to volunteer within your community
We could also include Pay section separate but we already included salary in Benefits. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state salary info, but we already put salary as a benefit item. Could we create a Pay section with that sentence? Might be redundant. Better to keep salary under Benefits as we did. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can keep Benefits as is, and not create separate Pay section. However the Benefits list includes Salary item which is okay. Thus we have sections: About the Role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. We also have introductory paragraphs. Check for any duplicated lines: We removed "Apply Today!" etc. Check for any boilerplate: removed. Now output HTML fragment. Be careful to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed.
