Operations Manager Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives on the plant floor and enjoys building high-performing teams? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead production and warehouse operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement while developing frontline supervisors and employees.What You'll Do:Lead daily production and warehouse operations in a continuous manufacturing environmentManage production scheduling, labor planning, throughput, and inventory controlDrive operational excellence through performance metrics, process improvements, and accountabilityEnsure compliance with cGMP standards, SOPs, safety protocols, and quality requirementsPartner cross-functionally with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and HRCoach and develop supervisors, leads, and frontline employees to build a strong and sustainable operating cultureLead initiatives focused on improving productivity, yield, inventory accuracy, equipment utilization, and overall plant performance Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent manufacturing experience)6+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibility3+ years leading teams in a production, warehouse, or plant environmentExperience in multi-shift or continuous manufacturing operationsKnowledge of cGMP compliance, OSHA requirements, inventory management, and production planningStrong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact while helping shape the future of a growing operation.
