About the Role

Compensation is $65,000.00. Summary: Oversees residential real estate property by managing the following duties through subordinate supervisors, such as leasing, maintenance, and other service activities of the property. The Operations Manager will ensure that an exceptional level of customer service is always maintained. The Operations Manager will act as person of authority in the absence of the Director of Operations should a situation arise that is not addressed in the Operating Manual.
