The Role

The Claims Manager leads a high-performing team that helps members navigate billing, reimbursement, and claims challenges with clarity and confidence.

Duties include:

  • Leading and developing the Claims team to deliver exceptional member support
  • Overseeing claims operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Driving scalable processes and partnering cross-functionally to improve outcomes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or claims (Preferred)
  • Proven leadership skills and operational excellence
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
  • A hands-on, collaborative leadership approach

Location

This is an in-person position located in Phoenix, AZ.
