Operations Manager
About the role
The Operations Manager is directed and supervised by the General Manager, focusing on routine operational tasks and supervising others in their assignments. This role ensures guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations by overseeing back-of-house departments in the General Manager's absence. The Operations Manager may also assist with hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and associate development.
Exempt associates are expected to work as needed to complete their responsibilities. This role supports multiple areas, including Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, F&B, PBX, Bell staff, Front Office, and Banquets. Exempt managers must direct the work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents, with primary duties involving administrative, executive, or professional tasks more than 50% of the time, requiring discretion and independent judgment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise routine operational tasks and assign duties to team members.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager.
- Support hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and associate development.
- Oversee back-of-house departments, including Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, F&B, PBX, Bell staff, Front Office, and Banquets.
- Perform administrative, executive, or professional tasks requiring discretion and independent judgment.
- Direct the work of at least three full-time associates or their equivalents.

Pay
$85,000 - $90,000 per year
