Operations Manager
About the role
This position is directed and supervised by a General Manager. The primary focus is on routine operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments. Additional duties may be assigned for business needs or career advancement. The Operations Manager ensures guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations by supervising back-of-house departments in the General Manager's absence, and may assist the General Manager in achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and associate development.
Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as necessary to complete their job responsibilities. The Operations Manager may support several areas at the property, including Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, F&B, PBX, Bell staff, Front Office, and Banquets.
Exempt managers and supervisors must customarily and regularly direct the work of at least three full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative, executive, or professional tasks more than 50% of the time and require the use of discretion and independent judgment more than 50% of the time.

Pay
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
