Responsibilities
- Commitment to Raymour and Flanigan's safety policies and procedures.
- Ensuring associates and self are working safely at all times.
- Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to flourish within a team environment.
- Interact with customers and contractors, and oversee all warehouse operations to create a professional environment.
- Hire, train, conduct performance appraisals, and develop associates and supervisors.
- Meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting business metrics in a continuous-improvement environment.
- Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
- Collaborate, lead in a team-oriented manner, and demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
- Three years of leading and developing warehouse teams, inventory, and facilities management experience.
- Coaching and training experience.
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to be highly productive for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
