Operations Manager

About the role
Full-time position (40-hour workweek expected).
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, deliverables, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution and successful project completion.
- Support operational programs by maintaining training materials, orientation resources, clinical competency documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Generate and analyze operational reports from multiple systems to provide leadership with actionable insights and support organizational decision-making.
- Serve as the primary liaison for patient advocacy initiatives by coordinating feedback, resolving concerns, and partnering with site leadership to improve the patient experience.
- Manage administrative operations including meeting coordination, project documentation, mobile device deployment, and operational support across multiple initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred with 3-5 years of project management experience in a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio with strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, maintaining documentation, generating reports, and supporting operational improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Reliable transportation required for job-related travel with the flexibility to support changing business needs and work schedules.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
