PIRTEK, the nation’s leading provider for on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement, is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee, support, and dispatch a team of Hose Installation Technicians, ensuring customers receive high-level service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the role
A PIRTEK Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, ensuring customers receive the highest quality of service to get their equipment back up and running. You will work closely with team members and communicate effectively to manage operations at a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support Hose Installation Technicians
- Oversee materials and inventory management
- Ensure customers receive the highest quality of service
Requirements
- Experience in a Supervisory Role
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Computer Skills
- Mechanically Inclined
- Good Communication Skills
