About the Role
Partners with the General Manager to develop strategy and achieve branch objectives. Directs and supervises all branch operational functions including Service Department, Equipment Department, Customer Service, Accounting, and Inventory. Implements organizational best practices within the branch.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounting & Financial Activities: Oversee branch profit and loss performance against goals; partner with Branch Manager to develop budgets and allocate financial resources; manage accounts payable and receivable; make decisions on delinquent accounts.
- Customer Service: Partner with Branch Manager to create a customer service culture; resolve customer problems; manage Customer Service personnel and Service Department; assess customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Oversee merchandise, parts, and equipment inventory processes and turns; resolve inventory variances; participate in excess inventory liquidation.
- Performance Management: Foster a culture of teamwork, trust, and respect; motivate employees and maintain morale; review and evaluate direct reports; coach and mentor employees; create performance improvement plans.
- Staffing: Participate in hiring and promotion decisions; determine personnel needs to ensure coverage and meet branch obligations.
- People Management: Manage direct reports including hiring, development, performance management, and goal setting; ensure adherence to business policies and Company’s Code of Conduct.
- Administrative: Implement policies, procedures, and standards; identify process improvements; audit files for compliance; organize meetings; schedule training; approve time cards, overtime, and time-off requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- General computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in general business.
- Previous management experience.
- Experience in finance, inventory management, accounting, or human resources.
- Dental industry knowledge.

Pay
The potential compensation range for this role is $85,500.00 - $113,966.67. The final offer amount may exceed this range based on candidate location, experience, and skills.
