Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate initial sales agreements against final finance documents.
- Create final sales agreements to coincide with the finance documents during closings with customers.
- Make changes to sales agreements if there are issues at the closing table and reprint and close customers with revised documents.
- Gather additional lender required items during the funding process to accomplish the funding of the deal for PHV.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage project costing.
- Identify best vendors for each individual project and switch vendors if necessary.
- Affirm scheduling of vendor work based on changes in customer or company priorities.
- Hold vendors accountable to written work estimates and recommend new vendors or eliminate poor quality vendors.
- Routinely provide management with evaluation reports of both internal and external customers and make recommendations on process improvements.
- Communicate directly with dissatisfied customers and negotiate solutions. Escalate issues to upper management if necessary.
- Recommend to management based on facts when needed to reply to customers or government bodies for conflict resolution.
- Update deal tracking and status reports based on personal assessment of the deal.
- Use company applications to update information missing from deals as needed.
- Review and calculate costing for the payment of commissions and enter key information for commission payments.
Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma
- A 2-year Degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% locally and during normal business hours
