Areas of impact:Provide leadership that drives execution of the base business to include receiving, warehousing, packing, shipping, inventory, quality and safety managementDirect, coordinate and delegate activities within a DC environment with 30+ personnelCoach, Inspire, support and guide Team Members; Communicating job expectations; Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and proceduresLead the training efforts of responsible operationOwn and manage the P&Ls of assigned DC to include the budgeting / forecast processLead the execution of continuous improvement strategies for warehouse operations, quality, and safety. To include establishing and monitoring of designated KPIsCollaborate with partner functions including Human Resources to improve both operational results and people management.
