Responsibilities
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising direct care staff to support the highest-quality patient care
- Collaborating in the client admission process to facilitate a smooth and compassionate transition into care
- Overseeing daily program scheduling to create a structured therapeutic experience for all clients
- Fostering a culture of accountability and excellence by ensuring compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and safety requirements
- Serving as a positive role model and mentor for direct care staff; providing feedback, coaching, and training
- Becoming certified as a CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Trainer within your first 30 days, after which you’ll lead and reinforce CPI and deescalation training across assigned teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in behavioral health operations (required)
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working with adolescents or young adults and their families in a mental healthcare setting (required)
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory or management role (preferred)
