Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop warehouse operations teams to achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity goals
- Ensure daily operations are executed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to achieve performance targets
- Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
- Manage labor resources and payroll costs while maintaining operational efficiency
- Conduct regular team meetings, shift handovers, and performance discussions
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping, quality, and operational standards
- Partner with site leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Prepare operational reports and communicate performance results to leadership
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience
- Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and labor planning
