We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Who We Are", "What You Will Do", "Compensation", "Who You Are", "Why should you join the NatureBridge team?" etc. According to instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content to appropriate headings. We should not repeat job title. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - Who We Are: description of organization. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about organization, not role. Could be "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the role" for description of role? But we have "What You Will Do" which is responsibilities. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe brief overview), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (Who You Are), Benefits (Compensation and benefits), maybe Pay (salary), Schedule (maybe mention in-person requirement, occasional weekend/night work). Also we have "Why should you join..." which could be part of Benefits or maybe a separate section like "Why Join". But instructions only list certain headings; we can create others? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those headings where content fits. Thus: - About the role: could include "Who We Are" and brief description of role? Might be okay. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do" bullet list. - Requirements: maybe combine "Who You Are" (experience, certifications, skills). Could split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills but we can combine. - Benefits: list medical, dental, vision, 403b, vacation, sick leave, EAP, FSA. - Pay: compensation $52,000 annual salary. - Schedule: mention in-person on campus at least twice per week, occasional weekend and night work, cannot be performed remotely. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, deadline, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Create and update the weekly Environmental Science staffing schedule through Salesforce CRM..." etc. That's responsibilities. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    • Address risk management concerns with clients/vendors and coordinate necessary modifications with associated staff.
    • Work closely with Campus and National Director of Risk Management on a case‑by‑case basis and promote implementation of Risk Management policies.
    • Perform duties of the Administrative Educator team members when needed, including overnight and weekend coverage.
    • Participate in monthly cross‑departmental meetings including Yosemite Management Team.
    • Participate in monthly meetings with National and other campus Operations teams.
    • Collaborate with National and other campus Operations teams annually to revise paperwork and operational systems.

    • Robust risk management experience and expertise.
    • Extremely detail‑oriented, with excellent organizational, task, and time management skills.

    • Flexibility and enthusiastic attitude.

    Benefits

    • Option for a 403b retirement plan with employer match after 1000 hours of work.
    • Generous paid vacation and sick leave.
    • Employee Assistance Plan (EAP).
    • Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

    Pay

    $52,000 annual salary.

    Schedule

In‑person on campus at least twice per week; occasional weekend and night work required; position cannot be performed remotely.

Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed "Who You Are" heading, but we used Requirements. We removed "Why should you join..." etc. We removed EEO, accommodation, How to apply, deadline. Good. We kept all substantive info: Who We Are description included in About the role paragraph. We kept responsibilities list exactly. We kept requirements list. We kept benefits list. We kept pay. We kept schedule. Check if any detail missed: "Partners with the Sales and Education Teams to meet program scheduling goals." included. "Train Educators on program logistics and schedule management." included. "Routes all paperwork to designated locations in a timely manner." included. "Hire, supervise and train all Administrative Educator positions" included. "Is in person on campus(es) at least twice per week" included in schedule and also as a responsibility bullet? We have a bullet "Be in person on campus(es) at least twice per week." Good. "Prepares weekly reports for participant lodgings, meals, transportation and recreation by working closely with clients, NatureBridge staff and the Yosemite concessionaire to ensure accuracy." included. "Ensures smooth program implementation by refining, developing, communicating, and supporting logistics systems." included. "Update and steward the Yosemite Operations and Program Logistics Manual and Administrative Educator Manuals." included. "Address risk management concerns with clients/vendors and coordinate necessary modifications with associated staff." included. "Works closely with Campus and National Director of Risk Management on a case by case basis and promotes implementation of Risk Management policies." included. "Performs duties of the Administrative Educator team members when needed, including overnight and weekend coverage." included. "Participate in monthly cross departmental meetings including Yosemite Management Team." included. "Participate in monthly meetings with National and other campus Operations teams." included. "Collaborate with National and other campus Operations teams annually to revise paperwork and operational systems." included. "Maintain CRM systems and monitor program portals." included. "Act as Rotating Manager On Call." included. "Occasional weekend and night work." included. "Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor." included. Compensation: "$52,000 annual salary Medical, dental and vision insurance Option for a 403b retirement plan with employer match after 1000 hours of work Generous paid vacation and sick leave Other benefits include Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and more" We split into Pay and Benefits. We kept "Medical, dental and vision insurance", "Option for a 403b retirement plan with employer match after 1000 hours of work", "Generous paid vacation and sick leave", "Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)", "Flexible Spending Account (FSA)". Good. We didn't include "Other benefits include..." as separate bullet but we captured EAP and FSA. We didn't include "and more" but that's vague; we can ignore. We didn't include "If you are interested in the role and do not meet every requirement listed, please still apply! We are interested in applicants with unique lived experience and skill sets." That's encouraging but maybe considered boilerplate? It's not a requirement; it's a statement encouraging applicants. Might be considered substantive? It's not a requirement, but it's a note. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. This is substantive? It's encouraging to apply even if not meeting all requirements. Could be considered part of "Who You Are" or "Requirements"? Might be considered a note. However, it's not a requirement, it's a statement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those. It's more of an encouragement. I'd keep it maybe as a note under Requirements or as a separate paragraph. But we have no section for "Encouragement". Could add a

under Requirements after list: "We encourage applicants who may not meet every requirement to apply; we value unique lived experience and skill sets." That preserves the info. Also "All NatureBridge Employees are required to complete a background check in order to be eligible for employment." That's substantive; we should include. Could be under Requirements as a bullet. Also "Why should you join the NatureBridge team?" content: mission-driven organization, beautiful natural setting, invested in growth, self-examination, creating equitable and inclusive environments. That's substantive; we could include as a section maybe "Why Join NatureBridge". But not in the prescribed headings. However we could incorporate into About the role or Benefits? Might be better to add a section "Why Join NatureBridge" as

    Why Join NatureBridge

    with

    content. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

    for section headings
