This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and extensive experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry with exposure to customs clearance. What We Offer Competitive Salary + CommissionCompany-maintained CarMedical Cover, Bonus & More Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all operational activities related to freight forwarding, customs clearance, import and export.Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, customs, terminals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve departmental and company objectives.Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.Maintain strong customer relationships and effectively handle service-related issues and escalations.Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.Manage operational costs, resource utilization, and productivity to support business growth and profitability.Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to management.
