About the role
Seeking full-time Operations Managers to lead and coach restaurant teams to maximize long-term sales and profits.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems and provide direction to improve restaurant operations.
- Work various shifts each day, including weekends and evenings.
- Lead by demonstrating McDonald's core values and behaviors.
- Work with restaurant teams to achieve operational goals:
- Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
- Health Department standards
- Maintain McDonald’s Return on Investment (ROI) standards
- Timely execution of new initiatives and product launches
Requirements
- McDonald’s restaurant experience required.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Hamburger University or ROLP Graduate preferred.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable working on your feet for an entire shift.
- 5 years McDonald’s Restaurant Management Experience preferred.
- OTP 2 or 3 preferred.
- ServSafe Certified Instructor or Proctor preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
