About the role
Seeking full-time Operations Managers to lead and coach restaurant teams to maximize long-term sales and profits.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems and improve restaurant operations
- Work various shifts each day
- Lead team to uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
- Meet and exceed McDonald’s ROIP standards
- Execute new initiatives and product launches
Requirements
- McDonald’s restaurant experience required
- Ability to problem solve
- Hamburger University or ROLP Graduate preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Comfortable working on feet for entire shift
- 5+ years McDonald’s Restaurant Management Experience preferred
- OTP 2 or 3 preferred
- ServSafe Certified Instructor or Proctor preferred
- Reliable transportation
