About the Role

We are seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the ambulance service
• Oversee staff training and development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Coordinate with other emergency services providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medical Services, Public Health, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in EMS management or a related field
• Current certification as a Paramedic
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
