About the Role
We are seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the ambulance service
- Oversee staff training and development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other emergency services providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medical Services, Public Health, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in EMS management or a related field
- Current certification as a Paramedic
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
