Operations Manager

About the role

You will perform a wide variety of landscape maintenance functions related to the daily performance of contracted services. This includes communication with the customer, planning and scheduling the services to be performed, and working alongside general laborers to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the customer
• Plan and schedule services
• Work alongside general laborers
• Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Train and advance crew members and leaders
• Assist with field quality control
• Forecast labor, materials, and equipment needs
• Enforce company policies, standards, and safety guidelines
• Drive and back-up a truck and trailer combination
• Identify and correct unsafe conditions and practices

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable
• Able to work safely
• Pre-employment background check completed
• E-Verify participant

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of landscape experience in a management position
