About Maddox + You
This position involves managing the overall operations of the production facility. This includes Safety, Environmental, Employees, Productivity and Quality for the facility and related staff.
- Leading morning production meetings
- Cooking production
- Holding monthly safety training
- Maintaining environmental documentation
- Performing quarterly and annual employee reviews
- Managing operational budgets
- Updating job flow in our ERP system
Basics
- This position currently works 45 hours on a 5-day a week schedule. All day-time schedule (not night shift). The schedule changes slightly during Summer/Winter, but is generally 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
Experience & Education
- We value skills and experience (leadership, management), but we're also willing to invest in training early-career candidates with the right attitude and ambition.
