Operations Manager

About the role

Louis Vuitton Tysons Galleria is seeking a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Manager to join the team. As an Operations Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Store Director in leading and mentoring the team. You will proactively encourage the achievement of operational objectives and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes towards Clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure business opportunities are improved through efficient sales floor management.
• In partnership with the Client Care team members, facilitate flow of repairs to ensure the aftersales critical metrics are achieved.
• Handle inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion.
• Serve as point person to guide and train store teams on the process and company compliance directives.
• Assist with the maintenance of the store facility, ensure organization of all back of house areas and act as on-site technological support.
• Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems, and build a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration within the team and managers.
• Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and lead all aspects of the client delivery process, inclusive of communication, troubleshooting and delivery support.
