Responsibilities
- Manage daily and long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals.
- Cook up different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
- Assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
- Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
- Communicate with senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects.
- Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to expand or shift course to take advantage of changes in the market.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Three (3) years of transportation management experience.
- One (1) year of supervisory experience.
- A high school diploma.
- In person, Monday to Friday in timeframe of 5:30am to 6pm
- Location: Abington Area
- Salary range: $90-80K/annually
