Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals.
• Cook up different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
• Assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
• Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
• Communicate with senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects.
• Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to expand or shift course to take advantage of changes in the market.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of transportation management experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• A high school diploma.

Details

• In person, Monday to Friday in timeframe of 5:30am to 6pm
• Location: Abington Area
• Salary range: $90-80K/annually
