Operations Manager
About the role
As our Contract Operations Manager, you'll stand up a new market and then run it day to day. This is a build-it-and-operate-it seat: you'll work hand in hand with our fulfillment location to set up the physical operation, take in the first inventory, hold the operating standard on the floor, and produce the data that decides whether we expand. You'll own receiving, inventory accuracy, daily exceptions, and service-level performance — and you'll do it with spreadsheets and forms, not a polished WMS, because the process doesn't exist yet. You're the one who builds it.
This is a genuinely hands-on role. You'll run a project plan in the morning and count cases on the floor in the afternoon. If the pilot succeeds, this role leads the expansion and the contract extends with it. You'll report to our VP of Operations. This is a 3-month contract engagement with the potential to extend.
