About the role
The Operations Manager oversees and optimizes day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality across processes, contributing to business objectives. This role implements best practices and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Order Management & Fulfillment:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
- Process Order Delivery Notes efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely shipping and delivery, including managing Shipping processes.
- Manage product allocation based on availability and demand.
- Financial & Credit Processing:
- Conduct finance follow-ups related to orders and accounts.
- Process customer credits and returns in accordance with company policies.
- Handle manual credits, including incentives and other non-product related adjustments.
- Customer & Client Support:
- Manage communications with concierge services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Address and resolve website requests received directly from end clients.
- Conduct research on product availability for both retailers and end clients.
- Manage customer feedback platforms as required.
- Internal Systems & IT Liaison:
- Follow up on tasks and issues related to internal tools.
- Act as a liaison for IT-related tickets, including issues with Booster, My Copilot, and other systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Reporting & Data Management:
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or similar role.
- Experience within the luxury sector is highly advantageous, though candidates from comparable industries are also welcome.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and financial processing.
- Proficiency in using various software and internal systems (e.g., order management systems, CRM, Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Pay
Expected salary range: $95,000–$100,000, negotiable based on relevant skills and experience.
