Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Cook with various departments to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals.
• Liaise with senior management to make decisions for operational activities.
• Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Handle customer issues and work towards resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business operations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft programs.

Physical Demands

• Managing daily operations, developing policies, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance.
• Handling physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment.
• Strong leadership, coordination across departments, and stakeholder engagement.
• Physical stamina, adaptability to various environments, and proficiency in Microsoft programs.
