We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Company: Quality Stainless About Us ..." then description of company. Then "The Operations Manager is responsible..." then duties. Then "Required Qualifications". Then "Why Build a Career with Us?" includes benefits etc. Also there is "Equal Opportunity Employer" which we need to remove (boilerplate). Also we need to remove navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also we need to not repeat job title as heading; the page already shows it, so we don't add heading for Operations Manager. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (but we have company description). Could treat "About the role" as summary of responsibilities? Actually we have duties list. We can have sections: Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (qualifications), Benefits (from Why Build a Career with Us). Also maybe "About the company" could be a section but not in prescribed headings list; headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use About the role for company overview and role summary. Responsibilities for duties list. Requirements or Qualifications for required qualifications. Benefits for benefits. No Pay or Schedule as not specified. Skills maybe not needed. We'll include About the role (company description). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (qualifications). Benefits (benefits). Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer, hashtags, etc. Also remove "Quality Stainless operates as a vital subsidiary..." that's part of company description? It's about Flow Control Group; it's substantive about company. Keep it. Also "Why Build a Career with Us?" includes benefits, training, career growth, etc. We'll capture those under Benefits section. Also need to keep "Everyone’s an Owner of the Company..." etc. That's part of benefits/ownership. We'll include. We must not include headings with filler. Ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract: Company description: - Quality Stainless Inc, founded 1985 in Mpls., MN. - Serve sanitary food and beverage, biopharm, semiconductor and industrial stainless steel markets. - Stocking distributor of 304L and 316L, aluminum and other specialty alloys for corrosion applications. - Specializing in quick turnaround custom fabrication and machining for all industries. - Represents high quality manufacturers from around the country in all industries. - Pride in solving system problems and advising on liquid, gas and vacuum applications. - Website: www.qualitystainless.net - Quality Stainless operates as a vital subsidiary within Flow Control Group (FCG), a prominent holdings company that is a leading solutions provider focused on technically oriented products and services for flow control, fluid handling and process, industrial automation, and life sciences with locations throughout North America. - As a critical intermediary between over 3,000 suppliers and 15,000 customers, over 90 brand companies, and close to 1,700 employees, FCG’s distribution and technical expertise serve an essential function in the movement of mission-critical components to a diverse array of end markets and applications. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. We need to put these as list items under Responsibilities. Could group by subheadings? Not allowed; only
  • . We can just flatten all duties into a list. But we should preserve the categorization? The instruction: use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid subheadings inside? Probably better to just list each duty as separate
    • . Could keep the subheadings as part of the
    • text. That's fine. Requirements/Qualifications list: - High school diploma or equivalent. - 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience. - Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. - Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, inventory control software, and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to accurately process transactions, analyze inventory data, generate reports, and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations. - Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Also maybe "Required Qualifications" heading. Benefits list from "Why Build a Career with Us?": - Everyone’s an Owner of the Company: Because every team member contributes to Flow Control Group’s success, everyone has the benefits of ownership! Flow Control Group has a broad-based employee ownership program extended to every employee within our portfolio companies. - Competitive Benefits: Enjoy an attractive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental and Vision insurance (among other plans), competitive 401(k) matching program, career growth opportunities, employee referral program, paid time off and holidays, as well as parental leave. - Training: FCG University learning and training platform available to all employees offering over 80k courses. - Career Growth Opportunities: At Flow Control Group, we are committed to your professional development. Also maybe mention "Equal Opportunity Employer" but we remove. We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Now produce HTML fragment:

      Requirements

We could also use Qualifications heading instead of Requirements; but we have both. Choose Requirements. Ensure we don't duplicate. Now craft the text. Need to preserve all substantive info; not invent. Let's write About the role paragraph: Quality Stainless Inc, founded in 1985 in Minneapolis, MN, serves the sanitary food and beverage, biopharm, semiconductor, and industrial stainless steel markets as a stocking distributor of 304L and 316L, aluminum, and other specialty alloys for corrosion applications.
