JOB PURPOSE OR JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager will provide overall management leadership and responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Hydrotech/Isaacs facilities including financial, operations, growth, safety, quality community interaction and the business objectives. Drive the effective execution of the annual operating plan (AOP) for the locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sets strategic direction for the operational area of the Company.
- Develops and implements programs, projects and changes that drive long term, measurable improvement in the operational performance of the company.
- Day to day operations management including planning, execution, scheduling, housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and process improvements.
- Provides direction and leadership for all aspects of multiple operations departments.
- Coaches, councils and trains the department managers and supervisors to improve individual skills.
- Devises and executes structural and personnel changes needed to ensure success.
- Takes ownership of the Operations sections of both the company’s annual company strategy and Operating Plan.
- Collaborates with other senior operations leaders across Corporate divisions and ensures that best practices are implemented and shared across locations.
- Recruits and hires team members to elevate talent.
- Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and developing associates internally; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management; project budgets.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Office hours average 40 per week; may require additional hours including evening and weekends depending on business needs.
- Standard work hours for the department are Monday through Friday, 7am – 4pm.
- Remote work arrangements applicable as approved by manager.
- Work typically performed in an indoor office and shop environment.
- Travel as required to lead team members at multiple locations. Travel Minimal – up to 10% of the time.
SALARY DESCRIPTION
$85,000 - $125,000
