Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of Transportation Dept., Record Center, Shredding and Administration
- Manage monthly billing process, accounts payables and collections
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction level for all accounts
- Interview, hire, develop and cross train staff in various positions
- Manage and process weekly payroll
- Oversee and manage building operations and maintenance programs
- Manage vendor relationships
- Oversee fleet management; ensure DOT requirements and vehicle maintenance are met
- Ensure all requests are processed accurately and on time
- Manage inventory levels
- Review, evaluate, and improve operating processes for each department
- Ensure all company guidelines and procedures are followed
Requirements
- Minimum five years of operation management experience
- Knowledge of O'Neil document management software a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite
