Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of Transportation Dept., Record Center, Shredding and Administration
  • Manage monthly billing process, accounts payables and collections
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction level for all accounts
  • Interview, hire, develop and cross train staff in various positions
  • Manage and process weekly payroll
  • Oversee and manage building operations and maintenance programs
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Oversee fleet management; ensure DOT requirements and vehicle maintenance are met
  • Ensure all requests are processed accurately and on time
  • Manage inventory levels
  • Review, evaluate, and improve operating processes for each department
  • Ensure all company guidelines and procedures are followed

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of operation management experience
  • Knowledge of O'Neil document management software a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite
