Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide support as needed.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Cook up cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
