About the role
Join the team at Flix Brewhouse, the first-ever cinema brewery in America, where we blend the love of film with the joy of craft beer and delicious food! As an Operations Manager, you will create exceptional experiences for our guests by assisting the management team in managing daily operations, including food processes, projection procedures, and the development of team members. You will drive financial and operational performance, as well as guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including food processes and projection procedures
- Develop and support team members
- Drive financial and operational performance
- Enhance guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Effectively manage labor to facilitate low team member turnover
- Respond to guest feedback with support and empathy
Requirements
- Certified in food handling and alcohol service requirements (e.g., Serve Safe)
- Extensive experience in the restaurant industry
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Proactive, innovative, and timely in daily work

Pay
$60,000 - $67,500 with additional robust bonus structure
