Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager role optimizes internal workflows, tooling, and cross-functional coordination to ensure engineering and product teams execute efficiently. The position requires diagnosing operational bottlenecks, designing scalable processes, and driving complex initiatives from initial plan to measurable business outcome.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize core operational processes across engineering and product departments
• Coordinate cross-functional technical projects using Jira, Confluence, and Asana
• Analyze operational KPIs and delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements
• Manage internal tooling, software stacks, and vendor relationships supporting daily operations
• Facilitate sprint planning, resource allocation, and risk management across distributed teams
• Report operational health and strategic risks to executive leadership

Requirements

• 4-7 years of operations, technical project management, or program management experience in a technology company
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets, SQL, and business intelligence dashboards
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks, workflow documentation, and standard operating procedures
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma certification (bonus)
• Experience scaling operations for remote-first organizations (bonus)
