Operations Manager

Job Summary

The incumbent will coordinate all manufacturing processes to meet established plant forecast and budget goals and objectives. They will provide direction on manufacturing process upgrades and establish acceptable work instruction standards. They will maintain manufacturing quality standards to meet all customer requirements, plan and schedule the flow of manufacturing material to ensure improved On-Time Delivery (OTD), implement and drive lean and six sigma projects to improve business operations, and improve quality, cost, yield, productivity, safety, and delivery.

Required Experience and Education

• BA in Business or Operations degree preferred, MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing of electronic, mechanical, and/or Aerospace and Automotive assembly environment or related business
• Experience in working cross-functionally with other functional leaders in a matrix environment
• Experience in Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Project, Windows, Excel, Microsoft Project
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems
• Resource Allocation Management Support
• Technical expertise in general manufacturing environment
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• High tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership skills

Pay

Base Compensation: USD 101,000.00 - 127,000.00
