Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, creative, and strategic Operations Manager who shares our passion for evangelism and wants to join our dynamic team in Dallas, United States.
Specific Responsibilities
- Lead the CV Platform product backlog, translating strategic direction from the Initiative Lead into actionable development plans with clear sequencing and resource allocation.
- Maintain and improve Jira, Craft CMS, and project management workflows (including asset naming, metadata, and versioning) to ensure operational quality and accurate reporting across tools such as ClickUp.
- Serve as primary liaison to the Platform Development Partner, managing performance, scope, delivery timelines, and contract discussions for additional development capacity.
- Act as a coordination point for cross-functional priorities, synthesising input from content, marketing, localisation, data, and leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Support shared KPI alignment by collaborating with peer managers and ensuring data accuracy, consistent metric definitions, and operational clarity.
- Oversee the integration and interpretation of performance data (GA4, Power BI, HubSpot, Craft CMS), partnering with the Data Analyst to validate pipelines, reconcile discrepancies, and surface insights that guide optimisation across campaigns and content.
- Maintain CMS permissions and provisioning to ensure platform security, governance, and role-based access integrity.
- Refine SOPs and timelines for content creation, localisation, publishing, and campaign execution, driving adoption of tools and processes that enhance cross-team efficiency and collaboration.
- Manage CV Platform operations budgets in NetSuite, tracking expenditure against quarterly forecasts and reporting on vendor contracts, tools, travel, and team development.
- Line-manage the Technical Product Specialist, Systems Integration Specialist, and Data Analyst, leading one-to-ones, resolving blockers, and supporting professional development.
- Promote shared accountability across teams and empower staff to drive process innovation and system improvements that increase CV Platform efficiency and impact.
- Collaborate within a global organisation across time zones, including occasional out-of-hours availability where required.

Skills, Experience and Education
- A practising Christian in full agreement with the CV Statement of Faith.
- Actively involved in a local church or Christian faith community.
- Committed to living according to biblical values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
- 3–5 years experience in operations, digital project management, platform administration, or a related technical role is required.
- Experience managing digital publishing workflows, CMS operations, and multi-step content delivery pipelines is required.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional priorities across content, marketing, localisation, data, and development teams is required.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and collaborating with third-party development partners is advantageous.
- Experience with operational budgeting, forecasting, or resource allocation is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Craft CMS, and collaboration/project management tools is required.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics/reporting tools (GA4, Power BI, HubSpot), with ability to translate data into actionable insights, is required.
- Solid understanding of web platform architecture, APIs, and system integrations is required.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, tracking implementations, and CMS internationalisation is advantageous.
- Understanding of GDPR and data governance best practices is advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a bias for clarity, structure, and consistency is required.
- Effective communicator and team leader with strong problem-solving skills.
