About the role
Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) 2370 English Street, St Paul 55109 Custom Truck One Source is the first true single-source provider or specialized truck and heavy equipment solutions, offering a vast rental fleet, new and used equipment sales, aftermarket parts and tooling supply, world-class service, customization and remanufacturing. Operations Manager with a background in aerial vehicles, equipment and heavy & light duty trucks. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to–day service, parts, rental, assembly, and sales operations at the site and is accountable for the achievement of budgeted revenue and operational goals. He/she is responsible for ensuring the site follows the CTOS standards and operating models and will regularly monitor performance from an execution and customer satisfaction perspective. You are well-versed in the heavy equipment business, possessing a passion for being a proactive part of solutions. Your high standards set an example for leaders and colleagues, emphasizing collaborative work with the utmost integrity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to establish service and some production goals.
- Review financial statements, sales reports, activity reports, and other KPIs to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- Evaluate departmental and site performance, devising improvement plans.
- Communicate effectively with Department Managers and teams to efficiently service, repair, and build heavy equipment.
- Review and approve estimations and repair orders
