Responsibilities

• Help build a fulfillment and logistics team, providing necessary tools, proper training, and quality direction
• Handle relationships with local and regional couriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Create a positive team dynamic that encourages feedback and drives change, focusing on scalability and cost-efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to continuously improve the delivery experience and address exceptions and requests
• Troubleshoot complex logistics challenges and provide solutions

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish or another language is required
• 4+ years of management experience
• Previous experience in shipping or logistics operations is valued
• Effective project management skills, including Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement
• Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills

Pay Range

$80,000—$88,000 USD
