About the role

Supports the General Manager by leading Team Members in day-to-day operations. Oversees all aspects of business in theatres, games, concession, and bar. Monitors, measures, and reports on operational issues and opportunities. Ensures company policy and standards are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years as a manager in the hospitality industry
• Ability to attract, develop and retain top hourly talent
• Proficient in addressing guest concerns
• High level of business acumen and common sense
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, POS)
• The minimum age requirement for this role is 21
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear Guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities
