About the role
The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
