Operations Manager

About the Role

As the Operations Manager you are responsible for the daily operations of our regional center, assuring excellence in fire and water mitigation, cleaning and pack‑out of contents, construction rebuilds and put‑backs. You will oversee warehouse operations, transportation and logistics, and manage staffing, training and scheduling to maximize productivity while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and insurance scores.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the regional center, including fire and water mitigation, cleaning, pack‑out, and construction rebuilds.
• Oversee warehouse operations and all transportation and logistics functions.
• Staff, train, and schedule team members to ensure maximum productivity.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and insurance scores.
• Drive profitability of the branch and support growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the restoration industry.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams within mitigation, restoration, and/or construction markets.
• Ability to learn quickly and expand career competencies.
• High energy, ability to energize others, and execute multiple plans simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to hold others accountable for performance.

Pay

Base salary plus unlimited bonus potential based solely on branch profitability. Compensation varies by experience level and will be discussed during the first interview.
