Birge & Held invests in communities to transform lives, supporting two multifamily communities – Viridian Edge at Park and Western Hills in Colorado Springs, CO and Fort Collins, CO – totaling 432 units. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily apartment communities, ensuring efficient operation, excellent curb appeal, and an exceptional experience for residents and prospects. You will manage the on‑site Customer Experience Team, work with centralized offsite teams, and strive to maximize property value through operational excellence and attention to detail. Success is measured by attainment of predetermined KPIs and quarterly goals at the individual and community level, reporting to the Regional Property Manager.
