Position Overview

We are seeking a highly resourceful Operations Manager who doesn't wait for answers—they find them. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities while continuously improving the way our business operates. This role is for someone who enjoys challenges, takes ownership, and can identify solutions before problems become obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple departments.
• Improve workflows, systems, and processes.
• Coordinate with sales, product development, sourcing, logistics, customer service, and finance.
• Track projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.
• Resolve operational issues quickly.
• Develop SOPs.
• Monitor inventory flow, vendor performance, and supply chain activities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Natural problem solver with exceptional resourcefulness.
• Takes initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
• Positive, 'find a way' mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of operations or supply chain management experience.
• Apparel, fashion, consumer products, or retail experience preferred.
• Proven record of improving operational efficiency.
