Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and process improvement.
- Ensure successful deployment of smart building solutions, including IoT, analytics, and energy management systems.
- Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to drive customer satisfaction and business development.
- Monitor financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and emerging technologies in the smart building sector.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff, supporting professional development and team success.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years in building automation, smart building solutions, or DDC controls, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered.

- Strong understanding of building automation systems, IoT applications, and energy management solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications: PMP, LEED, or industry-specific certifications are a plus.
