Operations Manager

ABS Kids provides top-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to kids with autism. Our mission is to empower families and create “wow” moments every day.

About the role

You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, making sure our center runs like clockwork so our clinical teams can shine.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and admin team
• Manage daily operations—scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more
• Partner with HR for training and staff development
• Track performance, budgets, and KPIs
• Handle caregiver concerns and team communication
• Plan community events and team culture initiatives
• Onboard new hires and ensure policy compliance
• Report to the Director of ABA Services

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to find solutions to issues in a professional manner
• Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) ABA therapy
• HIPAA knowledge and remote team experience

Pay

$60,000-$70,000/year + annual bonus

Schedule

Weekdays only (M-F, 8am-5pm) - no weekends!
