Operations Manager

ABS Kids provides top-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Our mission is to empower families and create “wow” moments every day.

About the role

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, ensuring our center runs smoothly so our clinical teams can focus on delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and the admin team
• Manage daily operations: scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more
• Partner with HR for training and staff development
• Track performance, budgets, and KPIs
• Handle caregiver concerns and team communication
• Plan community events and team culture initiatives
• Onboard new hires and ensure policy compliance
• Report to the Director of ABA Services

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to find solutions to issues in a professional manner
• Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) ABA therapy
• HIPAA knowledge and remote team experience

Pay

$60,000–$70,000/year + annual bonus

Schedule

Weekdays only (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) – no weekends
