OPERATIONS MANAGER

Join the team behind some of the most prominent events in the world. From EDC to Metallica's World Tour, to the NFL Draft, 4Wall has been behind it all. We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee, coordinate, supervise, plan, administer, train, and logistically support assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, coordination, supervision, planning, administration, training and logistical support to assigned location.
• Drive continuous improvement surrounding operations, clients, and employees.
• Build rapport with both internal/external clients and maintain business commitments.
• Build a high-performance team by exercising superior judgment and maintaining the right balance of command and control.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the entertainment lighting industry.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Facilities systems and financial management knowledge.
• Good knowledge of operations, including security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to direct, coach, mentor, and develop team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the entertainment lighting industry.
