Operations Manager 5

About the role

Drive projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and overall project execution.

Responsibilities

• Hold team members accountable for project milestones
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Maintain strong stakeholder management and partnership throughout the project lifecycle
• Support end-to-end project management across all phases of delivery
• Support product development and product delivery initiatives
• Manage and implement operational processes across multiple regions (as applicable)
• Utilize project and operational tools such as Airtable, Databricks, Cursor (AI), Microsoft Office Suite, Box, and Slack to track and report on project status

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in project management or operations
• Strong project management experience with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
• Experience working in a global organization and/or technology/software development environment preferred
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications preferred
• Previous Nike experience not required; candidates with strong project and operations experience from other industries are encouraged to apply
