About the Role

X/Celerant is seeking several full-time experienced Consultants with 2-5 years of experience working with front line leadership to join our team in the United States. These roles will support workstreams in a manufacturing setting on the shop floor, installing metrics and LEAN tools, coaching shift meetings, and delivering tangible results. You will work side-by-side with clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related fields
  • Demonstrated experience implementing LEAN tools in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize duties effectively
  • Demonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategy
  • Must be a US citizen
  • 100% travel required weekly within the US

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to see, hear, and walk extensively through manufacturing sites with occasional stairs
