Operations Management Associate

  • Prepare for a career with global impact through a 12-month training program leading to a role as a Plant Operations Supervisor.
  • Work with your manager to identify your next role as an Operations Plant Leader at a different location after 12 months.
  • May be asked to work at different locations to help with local needs and advance your career development.

Compensation

The expected starting salary for this position is $67,000.00, with consideration of relevant, prior experience and qualifications.

Environment

When you join one of our Grain Facilities, expect a hands-on work environment where you will get dirty and dusty. That’s because these are boots on the ground roles where you spend about 80% of your time out of the office, working to ensure our facilities are run safely and efficiently.

Job Locations and Expectations

Plant setting
Weekend and on-call duties will be required and vary depending on the time of year, production needs, and the type of facility.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or completed one or more of the following:
  • Achieved E-4 rank (or higher) in a military background
  • Two years’ relevant experience (as defined by educational, operational, mechanical, and/or leadership experience)
  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa, or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
  • Ability to relocate after approximately 12 months at your original hiring location as part of the program’s development and career progression
  • Ability to contribute, both as part of a team and individually
  • Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and weekends when the need arises (based on business demands and/or obligations)
